Mail Client Setup
To setup a POP3 email account (something that is compatible with a tool like Microsoft Outlook), use the following settings:
 

Mailbox Type: POP3
POP3 Server: mail.fortjohnsonfire.com
SMTP Server: mail.fortjohnsonfire.com

Use your email name (everything to the left of the "@" sign in your email address) and password that you were issued. Enable SMTP Authentication for the account and the mail client setup is complete.
 

Your E-mail is the first inital of your first name and the whole last name.

Your Password is your first and last intial of your names and your last four (4) digits of your Social Security Number.

To Check your E-mail or go into the private side of the website

 just log on to the site go to the lower right side of the page

your full e-mail name and password as described above.
